The goal at 715 Self Restore is to encourage individuals in their journey to restorative health. Our Restoration coaches are here for you as facilitators of wellness. We are advocates for wholistic healing, adapting to client diversity, and fostering supportive environments for our clients to flourish.
About us
Aliyah is an Honor Society Fortis College alumna with nearly a decade of experience as a Licensed massage therapist.

As a healing facilitator Aliyah offers a wholistic approach to wellness. Her unique technique incorporates a blend of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, along with classic Swedish and deep tissue. This blend provides a well-balanced approach encouraging relaxation of the nervous system, release of muscular tension, increase of circulation and pliability of the muscle tissue. Offering clients a sense of overall wellbeing.

What do I need to provide for a mobile massage?
Just a quiet space large enough for a massage table and room to move around it. The therapist supplies all equipment, music, and supplies unless other arrangements are discussed in advance.
Can I book 715 Self Restore for events or groups?
Yes. Mobile self-care is popular for corporate events, wellness days, weddings, parties, and retreats. Group and event pricing may differ from individual sessions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date. Same day cancellation will result in a full-service charge.
Do you offer same day bookings?
We highly recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance. Depending on therapist availability same-day appointments may be accommodated.
